Another big argument for Investown is that as an investor, you have no stake in the price growth of the property. You only have a share of the rent, but since you don’t actually own the property, you may find that the price of the property doubles, but in 4-5 years you will only recoup your initial investment.

Platform fees and the ability to deposit and withdraw funds from Investown
