Rich people know the value of their time and are used to spend it actively. They spend at least 30 minutes daily exercising and some even practice sport from their youth. Physical activity positively affects neurons, supports one’s physical and psychical state of well-being. Sport also has some added value – some key meetings and agreements were reached during tennis and golf tournaments.
