Ecomail, the leading Czech e-mailing service, enters the Polish market. It attracts customers with a fully localised and functional solution

Ecomail, the leading Czech email marketing platform, has announced its new entry into the Polish market. Competing with other Polish and global tools, it aims to attract clients primarily with its easy integration with tools such as Poland’s Shoper or other favourites like PrestaShop, Shopify and WooCommerce, high-quality native support and sophisticated functionalities that help users increase sales.

Ecomail, the market leader in the Czech Republic, already has thousands of clients among small and medium-sized businesses. Their clients include Packeta, Grizly, Alensa and others.

Although the English version of the tool has existed for more than two years, after thoroughly mapping the market, the company has now decided to focus its attention primarily on Poland, where it sees great potential. “Last year we completely localized the entire application, strengthened the team with bilingual colleagues who cater to Polish clients, and started intensive communication with Polish partners. Now we are working on integrations with the most important Polish tools,” commented Jan Tlapák, co-founder and CEO of Ecomail, on the situation in this new market.

In competition with others, Ecomail wants to offer solutions primarily for e-shops, including well-developed integrations. In addition to standard capabilities, it also features advanced automatization, the use of AI to enhance and edit in-app texts, as well as a clear and simple environment for email preparation and automatizations.

Other key advantages that differentiate our app from competing solutions on the Polish market include its ease of use, user-friendly UI of the entire app and free support for all clients,“adds Jan Tlapák.

The e-commerce market in Poland is one of the fastest growing in Europe. Last year it grew to a value of $22 billion, and forecasts suggest that growth should continue with the gross market value expected to rise to $47.6 billion by 2027. This year it could already breach the $33 billion mark.

According to a Gemius report, 77% of Polish users shopped online in 2022, which is below the European average of more than 90%. Meanwhile, three-quarters of all companies in Poland sell online, with 80% of them generating less than 10% of their turnover through online sales. Thus, Polish e-commerce is expected to grow significantly further, accounting for one fifth of all retail sales in Poland by 2026.

The most frequently purchased online products are clothing and accessories (79%), footwear (66%) or cosmetics and perfumes (65%). In terms of payment methods, 70% of Poles prefer quick transfers via payment services such as PayU/BlueMedia, mobile BLIK payments (58%), credit cards (43%) and bank transfers (40%).
