Regulators from Switzerland, Canada and the UK have warned of unregulated investment companies.
The first warning came from the British Columbia BCSC regulator, who alerted to the binary options broker uTrader. In spite of it is an unregulated broker, its offer addresses is focused to Canadian residents.
Another warning comes from the British FCA, blacklisting TC Wealth. It offers investment services, but it does not have the necessary authorization, it is unregulated.
And third, the Swiss regulator FINMA recorded the broker of binary options Brokers Option. He states that he has offices in the UK and Switzerland. FINMA, however, found that Brokers Option was truly headquartered in the Marshall Islands and was unregulated, so it was blacklisted.
