AMF warns of 365 Crypto and other unregulated brokers

The French financial regulator AMF has released another list of unregulated crypto currency brokers.

Direct  cryptocurrency trading on stock exchanges is not regulated, but trading in cryptocurrency derivatives is. This difference ignores the large number of brokers that offer trading in digital currencies through differential contracts (CFDs).

AMF has expanded its blacklist with 21 additional entities of this type offering trading without the necessary authorization:

• Bitcoin Hausse: bitcoin-hausse.com
• Bitcoin Pas Cher: bitcoin-pas-chere.com
• Conseil Crypto: conseilcrypto.com
• Eco Crypto: www.eco-crypto.com
• Ecoin Stock: ecoin-stock.com
• GMT Crypto: gmt-crypto.com
• Good Crypto: good-crypto.com
• Kryptowize: www.kryptowize.com
• Mone Invest: moneo-invest.com
• My Crypto 24: mycrypto24.com
• Original Crypto: originalcrypto.com
• Origine Bitcoin: origine-bitcoin.com
• Paiment Bitcoin: paiement-bitcoin.com
