Forbes: CE Industries Owner Strnad to Invest Part of His Companies into Investment Fund

Jaroslav Strnad, owner of CE Industries and Helicopter Alliance groups, will invest part of his companies into an investment fund. This was reported today by Forbes.cz. Strnad did not disclose details about the fund’s structure and parameters. According to the website, he wants to raise up to 100 million euros (approximately 2.45 billion crowns) in the initial phase. Strnad Launches Investment Fund

The fund currently has the working name CE Industries & Aerospace Fund. According to the website, Strnad will likely open it in early summer. “Our intention now is to enable qualified investors to participate in the further development of industrial enterprises and technological projects built around the CE Industries and Helicopter Alliance groups and to cooperate with them in the long term,” he told Forbes.

“This is my first time doing this. However, I have been thinking about creating a fund for quite some time, partly because we feel growing investor interest in our companies,” he added. Through the fund, Strnad will continue to hold a majority stake in the companies and will remain the primary driver of the entire investment vision.
