Las nuevas normas introducen principalmente obligaciones en materia de transparencia, como la necesidad de informar a los usuarios de que est\u00e1n comunic\u00e1ndose con un chatbot u otro sistema de IA, y marcar claramente los deepfakes u otros contenidos generados artificialmente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">No se lo pierda: <a href=\"https:\/\/trader-magazine.com\/es\/revision\/tradelocker-vs-metatrader-como-usar-el-software-de-trading-de-forma-eficaz-y-elegir-la-plataforma-adecuada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">TradeLocker vs MetaTrader<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El contenido creado por inteligencia artificial debe estar marcado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las normas se aplican no solo a im\u00e1genes, grabaciones de audio y v\u00eddeos, sino tambi\u00e9n a textos generados o modificados por inteligencia artificial, si se publican con el fin de informar al p\u00fablico sobre asuntos de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico. La Oficina de Telecomunicaciones de la Rep\u00fablica Checa recomienda utilizar marcas claras y distinguibles, como \u00abAI generated\u00bb para contenido totalmente creado o \u00abAI modified\u00bb para contenido modificado mediante <a href=\"https:\/\/trader-magazine.com\/es\/novinky\/el-modelo-de-ia-de-anthropic-se-infiltro-en-los-sistemas-de-tres-empresas-durante-las-pruebas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">IA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La obligaci\u00f3n de transparencia tambi\u00e9n afecta a chatbots, asistentes virtuales y de voz o agentes de IA que reservan servicios, piden productos o gestionan correspondencia de forma aut\u00f3noma. Las empresas pueden enfrentarse a multas de hasta 15 millones de euros o el tres por ciento de su facturaci\u00f3n anual mundial en caso de incumplir las normas de transparencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo de las medidas es limitar el enga\u00f1o y la manipulaci\u00f3n y ayudar a las personas a tomar decisiones m\u00e1s informadas.
