Y estoy convencido de que los usaremos de manera agresiva si es necesario hacerlo,\u201c manifest\u00f3 Powell.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El banco central estadounidense ha apostado hasta ahora sobre todo por la reducci\u00f3n radical de las tasas de inter\u00e9s como instrumento efectivo en el combate contra la recesi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. Reducciones frecuentes en hasta 5 puntos porcentuales durante un tiempo relativamente corto no fue nada exepcional.
