Entre los art\u00edculos que encarecieron m\u00e1s se encuentrea la carne y aceites comestibles.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El \u00edndice global de los precios de alimentos alcanz\u00f3 en noviembre su nivel m\u00e1 salto en los \u00faltimos 26 meses. La canasta b\u00e1sica alimentaria que incluye, entre otros, cereales, aceite (grasas), l\u00e1cteos, carne o az\u00facar, encareci\u00f3 en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior en un 9,5 por ciento. Comparado noc el mes de octubre, los precios se incrementaron en un 2,7 por ciento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El aumento m\u00e1s notable registr\u00f3 el aceite vegetal cuyo precio entre octubre y noviembre creci\u00f3 en m\u00e1s del diez por ciento. El precio de carne se increment\u00f3 en el mismo per\u00edodo en casi cinco por ciento. De manera moderada encarecieron los l\u00e1cteos. A cambio, el precio de arroz cay\u00f3 al nivel m\u00e1s bajo en los \u00faltimos seis meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Especialmente el incremento del precio de carne tiene un motivo que podr\u00eda empujar los precios de este art\u00edculo al alza tambi\u00e9n en los pr\u00f3ximos meses. La demanda de carne de cerdo en China, por s\u00ed tradiconalmente muy alta, de manera repentina se increment\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s como consecuencia de la epidemia de la peste porcina africana que oblig\u00f3 a liquidar una cantidad\u00a0 considerable de animales en las instalaciones ganaderas chinas. China trata de reemplazar la falta de carne de cerdo en su mercado nacional con importaciones desde el exterior.
