La pr\u00e1ctica fraudulenta conocida como \u201ewash trading\u201c represent\u00f3 hasta el 90 por ciento del volumen comercial de la ptalaforma. El volumen org\u00e1nico de negocios fue de apenas un diez por ciento de lo declarado oficialmente, especific\u00f3 la entidad reguladora que calific\u00f3 el hecho como un \u201eenga\u00f1o\u201c de los actuales y futuros clientes de la plataforma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La acusaci\u00f3n pesa sobre tres altos ejecutivos de la plataforma, el CEO Cole Diamond, el presidente y fundador Virgile Rostand y el director de cumplimiento Felix Mazer.
