Pokud ale podez\u0159en\u00ed komise nevyvr\u00e1t\u00ed, hroz\u00ed mu pokuta a\u017e do \u0161esti procent z ro\u010dn\u00edho glob\u00e1ln\u00edho obratu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kritika TikToku <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/trader-magazine.com\/cs\/novinky\/trump-jmenuje-vance-a-waltze-aby-dohlizeli-na-prodej-tiktoku-v-usa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">TikTok<\/a> provozuje platformu pro zve\u0159ej\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch vide\u00ed. Komise firmu za\u010dala vy\u0161et\u0159ovat loni v \u00fanoru, a to kv\u016fli podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee se ne\u0159\u00edd\u00ed po\u017eadavky podle unijn\u00edho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o digit\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch DSA. Vadilo j\u00ed, \u017ee TikTok nezve\u0159ejnil \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b reklam, co\u017e by umo\u017enilo sn\u00e1ze odhalovat podvody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8222;Komise zjistila, \u017ee TikTok neposkytuje pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 informace o obsahu reklam, u\u017eivatel\u00edch, na kter\u00e9 reklamy c\u00edl\u00ed, ani o tom, kdo za reklamy zaplatil. Nav\u00edc \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b reklam TikToku neumo\u017e\u0148uje ve\u0159ejnosti komplexn\u011b vyhled\u00e1vat reklamy na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto informac\u00ed, co\u017e omezuje u\u017eite\u010dnost tohoto n\u00e1stroje,&#8220; uvedla EK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TikTok \u010del\u00ed rekordn\u00ed pokut\u011b v EU<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TikTok si v posledn\u00edch letech z\u00edskal zna\u010dnou oblibu zejm\u00e9na mezi mlad\u00fdmi z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta. Jen v Evrop\u011b m\u00e1 zhruba 175 milion\u016f u\u017eivatel\u016f. TikTok samostatn\u011b \u00fadaje o hospoda\u0159en\u00ed nezve\u0159ej\u0148uje, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/europe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">agentura Bloomberg<\/a> ale v dubnu napsala, \u017ee spole\u010dnost ByteDance za lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok zv\u00fd\u0161ila tr\u017eby o 29 procent zhruba na 155 miliard USD.
