Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed byl tento \u00fadaj naposledy ve druh\u00e9m \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2010, kdy bylo nahl\u00e1\u0161eno 4071 insolvenc\u00ed. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b se podle IWH je\u0161t\u011b projevovala finan\u010dn\u00ed a hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 krize z let 2008 a 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nestabiln\u00ed nemovitosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdrazn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst po\u010dtu\u00a0bankrot\u016f\u00a0zaznamenaly p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm velk\u00e9 spolkov\u00e9 zem\u011b Bavorsko a B\u00e1densko-W\u00fcrttembersko.
