Hlavn\u00edm ukazatelem toho, \u017ee si na v\u00e1s chce spole\u010dnost pouze vyd\u011blat je neexistence platn\u00e9 licence. D\u00e1le n\u00e1m v rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed podvodn\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed pom\u00e1haj\u00ed centr\u00e1ln\u00ed banky, kter\u00e9 situaci na finan\u010dn\u00edm trhu sleduj\u00ed. To je p\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9 Fondo Ahorro se s\u00eddlem PH Tower Financial Center, Bella Vista na Panam\u011b, na kterou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnb.cz\/cs\/dohled-financni-trh\/ochrana-spotrebitele\/upozorneni\/Upozorneni-na-praktiky-subjektu-vystupujicim-pod-nazvem-Fondo-Ahorro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">upozornila \u010cesk\u00e1 centr\u00e1ln\u00ed banka<\/a> v prosinci roku 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jak operuje Fondo Ahorro<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spole\u010dnost, je\u017e u\u017e nyn\u00ed nelze dohledat, disponovala \u010deskou kontaktn\u00ed adresou \u2013 Chebsk\u00e1 38\/5, Karlovy Vary 360 06. \u010cinnost spole\u010dnosti shrnula \u010cNB v jej\u00edm posledn\u00edm prosincov\u00e9m varov\u00e1n\u00ed. Fondo Ahorro nab\u00edzela prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed \u201eP\u016fj\u010dku na cokoliv\u201c. Potenci\u00e1ln\u00edm klient\u016fm byla zasl\u00e1na velmi stru\u010dn\u00e1 verze \u00fav\u011brov\u00e9 smlouvy bez povinn\u00fdch n\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee po spot\u0159ebitel\u00edch vym\u00e1hala \u00fahradu je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed poskytnut\u00edm \u00fav\u011bru. K tomu ale zpravidla nedo\u0161lo a z\u00e1kazn\u00edci sv\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky ji\u017e v\u00edckr\u00e1t nevid\u011bli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Na to pamatujte<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00edm, \u017ee Fondo Ahorro nedisponovala \u010di nedisponuje platnou licenc\u00ed od legitimn\u00edho regul\u00e1tora, nebyli spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 nijak chr\u00e1n\u011bni a nedo\u0161lo ke kompenzaci finan\u010dn\u00edch zdroj\u016f. \u010cNB ve sv\u00e9m varov\u00e1n\u00ed apelovala na z\u00e1kon o spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9m \u00fav\u011bru, ve kter\u00e9m je jasn\u011b d\u00e1no, \u017ee <strong>poskytovatel \u00fav\u011bru m\u00e1 zak\u00e1z\u00e1no p\u0159ij\u00edmat jak\u00e9koliv platby p\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm poskytnut\u00edm spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9ho \u00fav\u011bru.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jak se vyhnout podvodn\u00edk\u016fm?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fondo Ahorro je jedna z m\u00e1la platforem, je\u017e l\u00e1k\u00e1 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky na jednoduch\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.
