Tyco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyco International byla nadn\u00e1rodn\u00ed spole\u010dnost zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fdrobou bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f, elektroniky a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f. V roce 2002 se v\u0161ak stala ter\u010dem obrovsk\u00e9ho podvodn\u00e9ho skand\u00e1lu, kdy jej\u00ed veden\u00ed, v \u010dele s CEO Dennisem Kozlowskim, zpronev\u011b\u0159ilo des\u00edtky milion\u016f dolar\u016f z korpor\u00e1tn\u00edch fond\u016f. Minkow a jeho spole\u010dn\u00edci fal\u0161ovali hodnotu spole\u010dnosti a z\u00edskali tak miliony dolar\u016f od investor\u016f. V roce 1987 byl Minkow obvin\u011bn z podvodu a odsouzen na 25 let v\u011bzen\u00ed.
